Job summary

EverGreene Architectural Arts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration projects across the United States, from pre-construction through close-out. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top-quality craftsmanship.

This hybrid role emphasizes clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and alignment of stakeholders to project goals while maintaining safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in construction with at least 3 in a lead project management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Historic Preservation, or related field.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with union job sites and trade coordination preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; SST preferred ( NYC projects ).
• Must be able to travel to manage projects in multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from post-contract handoff to punch list.
• Oversee day-to-day activities while monitoring profitability, schedule.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure delivery.
• Provide field leadership and problem-solving support to crews.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Draft and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders.
