Highmark Home Services is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects, balancing office and field work to manage timelines, budgets, and resources. The role requires coordinating with clients, insurers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion while upholding Highmark’s standards of safety and quality.

You will review contracts, manage budgets, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring safety compliance and high workmanship throughout

Competenze

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Review contracts/scopes with sales prior to job starts and manage budgets.
• Schedule work and create contract schedules in Buildertrend; review with supervisors and labor teams.
• Provide weekly updates to clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; forecast labor needs.
• Obtain building permits and manage change orders and invoicing per contract documents.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare progress reports for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements; manage punch lists and warranties.
