Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager in Long Beach, CA, to lead restoration and reconstruction projects. You will handle customer communications, vendor buyouts, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management; a Bachelor's in a related field is preferred. The position offers base pay 75,000–110,000 USD with commission potential and a vehicle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors. Drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform all contracted scopes per procedures.
• Meet project revenue and profit margin goals defined by BluSky.
• Track change orders and budget updates with the team.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Approve or reject invoices with communication to project team.
