Job summary

BluSky Restoration is seeking a Project Director in the United States to estimate, close sales, and manage restoration projects across commercial and residential sectors. The role offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 with uncapped commission potential and a generous benefits package.

The Project Director acts as the project quarterback, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and revenue realization while coordinating with the PM, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in restoration/construction sales experience.
• Experience with Xactimate and estimating software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with project teams to keep budgets on track.
• Manage relationships with owners and managers of commercial and residential properties.
