Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors seeks a Project Director in Rolling Meadows, IL. This leadership role combines sales, estimating, and client management to grow revenue and close high-value projects within the restoration/construction sector.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales/BD for construction, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on estimating ability with Xactimate; MS Office and Salesforce experience are a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in restoration or construction.
• Proven estimating and business development skills.
• Ability to attend client meetings and events.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals for BluSky.
• Oversee project development from BD to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and project delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
