Job summary

First Onsite - US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help turn plans into action on restoration projects. You’ll work with leadership to evaluate scopes of work, develop schedules, and keep multiple projects on track while ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll monitor budgets and profit margins, handle change orders and billing, and serve as a bridge between clients, subcontractors, and in-house teams. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a project environment.
• Experience in restoration/construction, including budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules with crew and subcontractors.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews; fill in as needed.
• Maintain job activity paperwork, inventories, and daily logs.
• Create reports and administrative documents; monitor budgets and margins.
• Review change orders and ensure billing accuracy.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and arrange permits when needed.
