Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead and coordinate restoration projects, translating plans into action and maintaining thorough documentation. You will partner with leadership to evaluate scopes of work, manage subcontractor proposals, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will monitor budgets and profit margins, support crews, and ensure safety and quality standards while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration/construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules with crew and subcontractor timing.
• Manage, support, and assist job crews; provide on-site leadership.
• Handle change orders and billing with accuracy.
• Maintain daily jobsite records, logs, and inventories.
• Monitor budgets, gross profit margin, and schedules in real time.
