First Onsite Property Restoration seeks an Assistant Project Manager to turn plans into action, coordinating with leadership to evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work. You’ll review subcontractor proposals, prepare schedules, and support crews to keep multiple projects on track.

You’ll monitor budgets, profit margins, and schedules, handling change orders and billing with precision. Strong communication and a hands-on approach are essential in this fast-paced role.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restoration/construction environments.
• Experience with water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, asbestos, and rebuild remediation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute the scope of work with leadership.
• Solicit and approve subcontractor proposals to stay within budget.
• Prepare project schedules covering crew and subcontractor activities.
• Support job crews and manage daily site activities.
• Complete additional tasks and sometimes perform physical labor as needed.
• Create and maintain project paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain daily logs of conditions, actions, and events.
• Prepare reports and administrative documents for the project.
• Monitor budgets, gross profit, and schedules; flag risks.
• Review and process change orders for accuracy.
• Lead daily safety meetings and arrange permits as required.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Issue work orders and manage scope changes with subs.
• Assist with creating schedules and ensure timely billing reviews.
• Be available 24/7.
