Job summary

The incumbent will manage workflow from intake to completion, coach staff, and coordinate with estimators and customers to drive efficient, compliant restorations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• At least 2 years of restoration experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader at the branch.
• Ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and per company standards.
• Oversee job flow from intake through completion and issue resolution.
• Lead daily office huddles and maintain a clean, professional office environment.
• Manage branch equipment, inventory, maintenance, and staff deployment.
• Coordinate responses to new jobs and emergency calls.
• Track milestones and communicate status with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders.
