Based out of the Manchester, NH office, this role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic growth responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a technically credible restoration professional who can lead teams, manage financials, and build commercial relationships that generate recurring, high-value revenue.

This senior role owns the P&L, drives KPIs, ensures brand-standard compliance, and dedicates approximately 15–20% of working time to NH commercial business development targeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or related field.
• 3+ years in a management role with P&L responsibility.
• IICRC WRT certification; additional certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and manage a P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment.
• Proficiency with restoration software and tools such as Xactimate.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with commercial decision-makers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Participation in on-call rotation and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day NH operations ensuring quality, safety, and processes.
• Manage WIP meetings, scheduling, and on-call rotation.
• Evaluate estimates for fair billing and profitability.
• Own the P&L for NH locations and drive financial performance.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and continuous improvements.
• Lead commercial business development 15–20% of time.
• Recruit, train, and develop production teams; ensure certifications.
• Build relationships with property managers, insurers, municipalities, and first responders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and brand standards across locations.
