Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university with strong academic achievement.
• Experience: 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read/interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in English to customers and employees.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry-related software, proficiency in touch typing, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant applications.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written instructions, and handle diverse real‑life situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement office strategy with management team.
• Manage budget and review profit margins.
• Review and monitor cash collections monthly.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and address staffing needs.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure facility maintenance.
• Coordinate claims oversight, including estimating large losses and project management as needed.
• Communicate program changes to the claims management team and manage client relationships.
