Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking an experienced Operations Field Manager to lead our mitigation operations across New Jersey and the surrounding region. You will supervise a team of technicians and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality responses to water and mold damage, while maintaining strong customer relations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid grasp of job costing and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of management experience in construction/restoration or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership as needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and exceed customer expectations.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate staffing, equipment, and project resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is properly maintained and available.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards.
