Job summary

Exit Mold is seeking a Senior Field Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership across restoration and environmental field operations in the New York metro area. You will lead field teams, guide complex water mitigation projects, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive restoration experience, strong knowledge of water damage assessment, moisture mapping, and structural drying, and a proven ability to coach field personnel while collaborating

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on restoration experience, especially water mitigation and drying.
• Strong field leadership and supervision of technicians/subcontractors.
• Experience developing scopes of work and managing complex projects from assessment to completion.
• Ability to travel regularly across New York metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration field teams and subcontractors with daily direction.
• Coach field personnel on assessments, documentation, safety, and quality.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Review moisture mapping, drying plans, and equipment placement.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Dispatch, and leadership for field execution.
