Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of restoration project management experience, supervising crews.
• Certifications in the field (IICRC or equivalent) are a plus: WRT/ASD/CCT/AMRT/FSRT/MRS/TCST.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient resource use and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategic plans for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Maintain service delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong client, supplier, and industry relationships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting; pursue cost reductions and profitability.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff.
• Mentor and train technicians in field leadership.
