Job summary

Rainbow International Restoration in Charlotte, NC seeks an Emergency Services Manager to lead a team of technicians and project staff, delivering water, fire, mold and trauma mitigation services with high customer satisfaction. You will ensure documentation, billing accuracy and standard compliance across projects.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining production efficiency to maximize profitability while meeting contractual obligations and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed water/fire/mold/contents division targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction.
• Write job estimates in Xactimate, Symbility, or Company T&M Pricing Sheet.
• Maintain sufficient production capacity through staffing, equipping and supplying divisions.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, laborers and subcontractors.
• Schedule jobs to achieve profit margins and efficient production flow.
• Develop technician training programs to meet division goals.
