Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or mitigation preferred.
• Knowledge of IICRC standards; WRT/ASD certifications a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to determine scope and mitigation needs.
• Develop detailed work scopes and action plans for mitigation services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality work.
• Coordinate equipment and resources for optimal job efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain accurate job documentation including photos and logs.
• Direct and support technicians in daily job activities.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and close out jobs.
