Job summary

A leading disaster recovery service located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, is seeking individuals for water damage mitigation and restoration work. Candidates should ideally hold IICRC certification and have experience in water mitigation tasks including water extraction, demolition, and equipment monitoring. This role demands physical strength, the ability to work in tight and elevated spaces, and effective team leadership. Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics).
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality water mitigation services.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Effectively lead a work crew.
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques.
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment.
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown.
• Effectively lead a work crew.
