Job summary

A leading restoration service provider in Wood Dale is seeking a skilled individual for water damage mitigation and restoration services. This role involves executing high-quality water mitigation services, leading work crews, and performing various demolition tasks. Candidates should have experience in water mitigation, be able to lift significant weights, and possess a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Experience in water damage mitigation required.
• Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule.
• Must have a valid driverads license and good driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality water damage mitigation services.
• Clean up and debris removal of damaged materials.
• Lead a work crew effectively.
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
• Place and monitor drying equipment.
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques.
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures.
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment.
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown.
• Effectively lead a work crew.

• Perform high quality water mitigation services
• Water extraction
• Perform demolition tasks
• Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
• Place and monitor drying equipment
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures
• Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment
• Perform job cleanup and breakdown
• Effectively lead a work crew

Requirements:

• IICRC certification preferred, but not required
• Experience in water mitigation
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
