You will own operations, sales and marketing, P&L, and training, with a starting salary of $85,000 plus benefits. You’ll supervise Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians, driving performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of residential/commercial restoration experience (required).
• 3+ years of management experience (required).
• IICRC certification (preferred).
• Willingness to travel within North Central Florida as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, directs, and controls activities and staff at the branch.
• Sets and monitors team goals and tracks financial performance of projects.
• Analyzes documents to anticipate issues and develop solutions; ensures legal obligations are met.
• Forecasts monthly revenue and adjusts to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Maintains relationships with Sales for smooth project transitions.
• Increases customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintains documentation and timely correspondence.
• Develops and coaches team through planning and goal setting.
• Ensures staff are trained and certified as needed.
• Adheres to safety standards and codes.
