Job summary

SERVPRO of Memorial West, NW Houston is seeking a proactive Job File Coordinator to support estimating and job file management in a fast-paced restoration environment. You will monitor file status, review documentation, and ensure client requirements are followed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of SERVPRO experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer a 20–25 USD hourly rate, benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SERVPRO experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional tone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status.
• Monitor job file audit status.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial field documentation.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
