Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Recon Estimator to produce complete, accurate estimates and scope narratives using Xactimate, support supplements, and ensure a clean handoff to production for profitable project execution.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, moisture assessments, detailed estimating, and coordinating with production and stakeholders to keep timelines and quality on track. A driver’s license is required, and IICRC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Xactimate proficiency required.
• Estimating experience in restoration/construction required.
• Professional communication and strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections, moisture/condition observations, measurements, and photos.
• Create detailed Xactimate estimates and scope narratives.
• Identify missing scope items early to reduce re-work.
• Manage supplements with proper documentation.
