ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in California seeks a Recon Estimator to produce complete, accurate estimates and scopes in Xactimate, support supplements, and ensure a clean handoff to production for profitable, efficient project execution.

Responsibilities include site inspections, moisture observations, creating detailed estimates and scope narratives, identifying missing items early, managing supplements, coordinating with production on sequence and timelines, and communicating updates

Qualifications

• Xactimate proficiency required.
• Estimating experience in restoration/construction.
• Professional communication and strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections, moisture/condition observations, measurements and photos.
• Create detailed Xactimate estimates and scope narratives.
• Identify missing scope items early and reduce re-work.
• Manage supplements with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with production on sequence, trade needs, and timelines.
• Communicate updates to customers and insurance stakeholders.
• Maintain organized job files and estimating notes.
