The estimator will handle water, fire, contents, and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate, while coordinating with project managers and adjusters. The role requires strong Xactimate and Claims Connect experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple estimates to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven restoration estimating experience.
• Strong Xactimate expertise.
• Experience with Claims Connect.
• Ability to estimate water mitigation, fire, contents, and reconstruction.
• Knowledge of insurance restoration estimating.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write water, fire, contents, and repair estimates using Xactimate.
• Manage assignments, revisions, and documentation in Claims Connect.
• Prepare preliminary estimates, final estimates, supplements, and change orders.
• Review photos, measurements, drying logs, scopes, and field documentation.
• Respond to adjuster and TPA revision requests.
• Work with project managers, coordinators, adjusters, and reviewers.
• Meet estimate deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Track pending estimates, approvals, revisions, and supplements.
