Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Estimator in Hawaii to develop and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will interact with clients, prepare competitive estimates using Xactimate, and manage jobs through completion while reviewing budgets with clients and management.

The role requires proficiency with Xactimate, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with trades and internal teams.

Qualifications

• English literacy and fluency.
• Must use BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for Xactimate estimates, proposals, etc.
• Extensive Customer Service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local area clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Must have working knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Create and adhere to acceptable budgets and address overages as they present themselves.
• Use BELFOR naming convention for estimates, revised estimates, proposals, change orders, etc.
