Qualifications

• 1+ year experience using Xactimate.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Managers, Emergency Services, and customers to estimate new restoration projects.
• Conduct inspections, sketches, and scopes for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed and profitable job estimates.
• Document and communicate change orders and supplements with involved parties.
