Qualifications

• 2+ years of restoration estimating experience (water/fire/mold/contents).
• Experience with Symbility, Claims Connect, or Cotality Estimate is a plus.
• Valid driver's license & ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential & commercial losses (water, fire, mold).
• Create accurate, profitable estimates using Xactimate and Cotality Estimate.
• Communicate with homeowners & insurance adjusters to build trust.
