Job summary

Water Floods Restoration in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time estimator to produce accurate construction estimates using Xactimate. You will gather field measurements, notes, plans, photos, and materials to prepare proposals and coordinate with subcontractors.

You will liaise with clients, adjusters, architects and consultants to confirm scope and pricing, schedule site visits, and enter EMS/Xactimate data.

Qualifications

• Experience: Construction, 2 years (Preferred)
• Estimating, 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Produce estimates using Xactimate
• Gather field measurements, notes, plans, photos, materials for estimates
• Prepare information for EMS/Xactimate data entry
• Coordinate site visits with subcontractors and clients, adjusters and consultants
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers and insurers to confirm estimate scope and pricing
