iMold Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to assess mold and water damage at customer homes, develop detailed Xactimate estimates, and guide clients through insurance claims. The role demands strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to coordinate with production teams to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Experience writing Xactimate estimates for mold, water, or rebuild projects.
• Familiar with insurance claims processes and working with adjusters.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to perform onsite inspections of property damage.
• Develop onsite field quotes or detailed Xactimate estimates and walk customers through.
• Advise customers on navigating the insurance claim process.
• Close sales and manage the customer pipeline with CRM updates.
• Coordinate with Production Team and front office to finalize contracts.
