Job summary

Turning On Restoration & Remodeling is a Bellevue, WA-based residential restoration contractor seeking an experienced Estimator. You will inspect losses on site, write Xactimate estimates for mitigation and reconstruction, and collaborate with insurance adjusters to negotiate scope and pricing.

You will explain the claim process to homeowners, prepare bids for reconstruction and remodeling, and coordinate with the project team to ensure work matches estimates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience estimating water damage, fire/smoke, and reconstruction claims.
• Strong Xactimate skills required; Symbility and Matterport/DocuSketch a plus.
• Experience dealing with insurance carriers and adjusters.
• Solid knowledge of residential construction.
• Good communication with homeowners and adjusters; organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English required; Portuguese or Spanish a plus.

Turning On Restoration & Remodeling is a residential restoration and reconstruction contractor based in Bellevue, WA, serving the Eastside. We help homeowners recover from water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mold, and we rebuild their homes from start to finish. We are growing and looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team.

What we are looking for:

Pay and growth:

• $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, plus performance bonus/commission on approved jobs
• - 90-day introductory period
• - Room to grow with a growing company
