Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer and client experience and overall satisfaction, tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate project progress and issues with the project manager and office staff.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
