SERVPRO of East Greenville County is looking for a dedicated Restoration Crew Chief to lead restoration activities and ensure excellent customer service. You will coordinate production processes, supervise restoration technicians, and ensure quality control on projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in relevant fields, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. This position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled.
• Manage the customer and client experience.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to climb ladders

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Education

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
