Job summary

SERVPRO Team Kluger is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead restoration projects in our franchise. You will manage jobs from start to finish, coordinate work flow, ensure safety, and maintain clear communication with customers and insurers.

The role requires supervising production technicians, meeting safety standards, and contributing to sales and service quality. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to travel locally are essential.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred.
• High school diploma/GED is required.
• IICRC certifications are preferred.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Explain processes and answer customer questions as needed.
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise Production Technicians and coordinate their activities.
• Perform production processes and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards and implement controls for safety.
• Manage job file documentation for complete project details.
• Control costs of production projects.
• Protect and use equipment and materials properly.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and offices.
• Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
