Job summary

ServiceMaster Liberty Restoration Group (SMLRG) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion. You will own the full project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budget control, and client communication.

The role requires 3+ years in construction PM, proficiency with Xactimate/Xactanalysis, and familiarity with insurance claims processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience, restoration or insurance-related work preferred.
• Working knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis or similar estimating platforms.
• Understanding of insurance claims processes and carrier expectations a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects from scope development through closeout.
• Develop and finalize project estimates and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house crews; enforce schedule and quality standards.
• Serve as primary contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Track project budgets, change orders, and profitability; ensure cost control.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
