SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Construction Operations Manager in Austin, TX to lead disaster restoration teams and deliver timely, quality service after fire and water events. You’ll estimate work scope from customer calls and dispatch crews, supervise staff, and manage subcontractors to protect profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Previous construction management experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and client satisfaction.
• Monitor work volume and project profitability in DASH.
• Develop budgets for GM/Owner approval.
• Vet subcontractors and perform QA checks in the field.
• Manage construction division and daily operations.
• Assign leads/projects to PMs and superintendents.
• Review and validate subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.
