SERVPRO is seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician in Austin, TX to respond to emergency damage calls and restore affected properties. This hands-on role offers growth as you work with a team to manage water, fire, and storm damage with supervision and clear processes.

Qualifications

• Previous water damage restoration experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.

• Willing to work occasional on-call emergency hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties.
• Water extraction and flood cleanup.
• Setting up drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers).
• Fire and smoke damage cleanup.
• Removing damaged drywall, flooring, and materials.
• Monitoring drying progress and documenting work.
• Communicating with customers and supervisors.
