Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking honest, hardworking individuals to join our disaster restoration team in Austin, TX. Respond to service calls, perform cleaning and restoration tasks, and support the crew chief to meet customer needs. Expect on-call rotation and opportunities to grow with training and advancement.

Responsibilities include loading vehicles, prepping work areas, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety on site while following SERVPRO production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have effective oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and out of state.
• Background check may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed.
• Perform services per SERVPRO guidelines, including demolition and restoration.
• Communicate with crew chief to meet customer needs.
• Support crew chief and other production personnel.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Follow safety and risk guidelines on site and in the office.
• On-call on rotational basis.
