Job summary

Dry Force, a leading water damage restoration provider in Texas, is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead field crews, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence across the Austin market. You will oversee mitigation technicians, manage daily field production, and maintain documentation and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, 3+ years in restoration operations, IICRC WRT certification, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop technicians

Qualifications

• 3+ years in water mitigation/restoration operations.
• Leadership experience managing technicians or field personnel.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial mitigation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities.
• Monitor projects for quality, efficiency, and proper documentation.
• Ensure work complies with IICRC guidelines and customer expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians; conduct ride-alongs and inspections.
• Provide training and mentorship focused on safety and technical excellence.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across projects.
• Collaborate with Dispatch, Reconstruction, Sales, and Leadership teams.
