Qualifications

• Experience in restoration estimating and commercial/residential projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates in Xactimate for commercial and residential projects.
• Estimate fixed bid and time-and-material projects.
• Maintain field documentation, photo logs, and project sketches.
• Travel to multiple job sites and communicate findings to clients.
