Job summary

Zolman Restoration is seeking a Claims Manager in Michigan to write estimates based on on-site inspections for water, fire, hail, and related claims. The role covers PTAs, program guidelines, and supplement follow-ups, with backup duties during PTO.

You will use Xactimate for estimates, participate in peer reviews, and collaborate with project managers to ensure profitable, compliant outcomes. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Xactimate with Level 1/2 certifications preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers and TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates based on site inspections using Xactimate.
• Manage supplement requests and 이를 from Project Managers.
• Review estimates with peers and ensure accuracy for approvals.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with accounting and project teams.
• Explain work authorizations to customers and secure signatures.
