A leading restoration company in Mesa, Arizona is looking for a Collections Specialist to handle 150-250 invoices/claims monthly. This role requires over 3 years of collections experience, particularly in the restoration and construction sectors, and proficiency in communicating with clients and insurance companies. Strong expertise in Xactimate is preferred. Competitive hourly salary ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, along with performance-based incentive pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years collections experience.
• Collections experience in Restoration/Construction/Property Management.
• Experience in collecting from insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage your queue daily and update all accounts scheduled for follow up.
• Advocate on behalf of the homeowner to the carrier.
• Perform audits on files where the carrier has provided pushback/exclusions.
