Raising Cane’s is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager in Kentwood, MI to support daily operations and uphold our standards. You will lead a restaurant zone’s team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires 1+ years in restaurant/retail management or advanced crew experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across shifts. Flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, or Raising Cane’s advanced crew experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and travel for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in the zone.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the restaurant.
