Job summary

Raising Cane’s in United States (OH) is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader with daily operations across one zone. You will uphold brand standards, lead crewmembers, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role involves varied shifts, physical activity, and collaboration across teams to meet performance goals and safety guidelines. Training is provided, with growth opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Willing to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in one restaurant zone during a shift.
• Enforces company policies and standards and manages the zone according to safety rules.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Supports reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-approved actions (e.g., discounts, promotions).
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and good working condition; performs other duties as assigned.
