Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager in Ohio to support daily restaurant operations. You will uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture while managing one restaurant zone during shifts, directing crewmembers, and ensuring top customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ years of management experience in restaurants or retail, strong communication, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends. Training programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one zone.
• Enforce company standards and policies.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service excellence.
• Support reward and recognition programs and manage safety standards.
