Raising Cane’s is hiring a Restaurant Zone Manager in Ohio to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves managing one restaurant zone within a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with customers.

The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience (or advanced crew experience), 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service quality.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
