Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager in Cypress, TX to support daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture within one restaurant zone. You will supervise crewmembers during shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety.

Travel for training may be required. The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management (1+ years).
• Willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs.
• Must be 18 years or older, high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of one restaurant zone.
• Enforce company policies and standards within the zone.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts; ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment in good working order.
• Complete duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Travel for work-related functions and training as needed.
