Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is looking for a dedicated member for the Field Operations People Learning & Development team to assist in achieving sales and operational goals. You will train staff and support restaurant openings to deliver excellent service while motivating the team.

Successful candidates should have restaurant management experience and be able to promote guest satisfaction and safety within a thriving environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to travel to assist in new restaurant openings or operations support (up to 60% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Promote guest satisfaction to build sales and profits.
• Complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Support new restaurant openings and additional training initiatives as needed.

Skills

Restaurant management experience

Food Safety Certified

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to train in group settings

Education

High School Diploma or GED
