Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profits, and deliver outstanding Guest and Team service. You will manage the restaurant plan, staffing, scheduling, and P&L to ensure the location meets its goals.

You will lead training, coach employees, respond to guest concerns, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and a fun work environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management, preferably in quick service, strong

Responsibilities

Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L.
Analyze data to develop plans that improve sales, profits, and efficiency.
Determine staffing needs and hire for the right positions.
Ensure shifts are properly staffed for consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
Train Team Members and Managers on policies, procedures, and guest service.
Provide feedback and coaching to employees on performance.
