Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED.
• Food Safety Certified.
• 1-2 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Basic math and Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training team members.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
