Job summary

You will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members, supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire staff; conduct orientation and training; perform performance reviews; provide coaching; manage disciplinary actions; adjust schedules; approve overtime.
• Demonstrate professional attitude; communicate with GM, Shift Leaders, staff, guests, vendors, and community; conduct meetings; delegate tasks; resolve employee questions.
