Job summary

Arby's, Inspire Resources partner, seeks a Vice President - Restaurant Technology & Operations based in the Atlanta area. You will lead IT strategy and operations across in-restaurant, off-premise, and enterprise platforms, ensuring uptime and scalable performance.

You will direct Directors and Managers, partner with Operations, Digital, Finance, and external vendors, and build a culture centered on data-driven decisions and accountability to support growth and franchise success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT management.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional programs with business leaders, product managers, and vendors.
• 4-year degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements strategies with short, mid, and long-term impact on results.
• Improves processes and systems leveraging best practices.
• Analyzes problems to identify root cause and underlying issues.
• Develops tactical/operational plans for the function.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Oversees vendor ecosystem and third-party partnerships to drive performance.
